Mrs. John W. Czako

NORWALK, Nov. 17.--Services will take place Monday for Mrs. Julia Ujhely Czako, of 165 Highland avenue, widow of John W. Czako, who died Thursday in Norwalk hospital.

They will be conducted at 11 a.m. in the Collins funeral home, 92 East avenue. The Rev. L. Reinald Lundeen, pastor of the First Congregational church of South Norwalk, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.

Mrs. Czako is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Albert Contra, with whom she resided, Mrs. Stanley Swersky, also of Norwalk and Mrs. Karl Schaeff, of Sayville, L. I., a brother, John Ujhely, of Linden, N. J., and four grandchildren.
