DEATH COMES TO BOY SHOT BY BROTHER

Young Robert Kurtz Dies From Accidental Wound and Mother Is Very Ill.

One life has been sacrificed and another may closely follow as the result of the accidental shooting of Robert Kurtz, the 8 year old Tacony boy, by his 6 year old brother, Raymond, last Tuesday at their home, 6707 Ditman street.

The injured lad died in the Episcopal Hospital early yesterday morning. At the Kurtz home the mother of the dead boy lies prostrated with her infant baby, fighting against death.

The mother of the dead boy was ill at the time of the shooting and suffered a relapse from it. While her condition was precarious, the attending physician had hopes that if the doctors in the Episcopal Hospital could prolong her son's life she would recover. News of his death has completely unnerved her, and her condition is critical.

Some of the dead lad's school mates will act as pall-bearers at his funeral.
