CAESAR RAMELLI TAKEN BY DEATH
Caesar Ramelli, who lived in Reno for nearly fifty years, died in Redwood City, Cal., yesterday, and the body is being brought to Reno for burial. Funeral services will be announced by the Ross-Burke Company.
Born in Switzerland, he was sixty-two years, ten months and thirteen days old. He came to this country when a boy, and had spent most of his life in Reno. He was manager of T. K. Hymers' livery stable for many years, and later went into the livery business for himself. After automobiles became popular and the livery business declined, Ramelli engaged in different work, and for a time had been engineer of the Washoe County Title & Guaranty building on First street.
Surviving are seven brothers and sisters, Mrs. P. J. Lombardi of Loyalton, Mrs. Dave Ramelli of San Francisco, Mrs. Josephine Franscini of Fresno, Mrs. John Poma of Ukiah, Cal, Emilie Ramelli of Oakland and Matteo and Alessio Ramelli of Reno.
