RITES TODAY FOR PIQUAD'S MOTHER

Sidney, June 12.--Funeral services were conducted this afternoon from the Dearth funeral home for Mrs. Margaret Ann Elson, 64, mother of Mrs. Tracy Betcher of Piqua, who died at her home on route 2 late Saturday evening of a heart ailment.

Born June 20, 1880, she was a native of Versailles, Darke county. She was the daughter of Frank and Margaret Grisez. On February 26, 1901, she was united in marriage to William Calvin Elson. He died in October, 1944.

Surviving in addition to Mrs. Betcher are three other children, Lawrence of route 7, Mrs. Anna Sayre, route 2, and Mrs. Ersal Weaver, Yorkshire; eight grandchildren; two brother and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Edwards, Fort Loramie; Frank Grisez and Joseph Grisez of Dayton.
