LIVED TO GOOD OLD AGE.

Death of Mrs. Eunice Hoyt, of Manchester, 103 Years Old.

Rutland, Feb. 21.---Mrs. Eunice (Staples) Hoyt died at her home in Manchester yesterday aged 103 years. She was born in Pern September 21, 1804. She was supposed to be the oldest person in Bennington county. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Emerson Estabrook, 89 years old, and a son, Thomas I. Hoyt, with whom she lived. Three children are dead. Her husband died nearly fifty-five years ago. Mrs. Hoyt was one of a family of fourteen children. She had been a member of the Baptist church many years, and for a long time taught a class of boys in the Sunday school.
